Marie Jager (b. 1975, Copenhagen) received a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Southern California in 2004
and was selected to present her work at the 2006 California Biennale.
Her work has been exhibited at the Hayward Gallery, London; Sculpture Center and Artists Space, New York; the
Henry Art Gallery, Seattle; Nordic Institute of Contemporary Art, Helsinki; MAK Center, Los Angeles among others.
Jager's work is a combination of conceptual and contextual gestures exercised through film, photography,
painting, collage and installation.
